FEDES House Construction program

| The FEDES House Construction program is based at the FEDES facility in Parque La Perla. An adjoining FEDES construction plant has the capacity to produce, monthly, three hundred 400 square foot houses. The production of this low-cost housing enables housing possibilities for impoverished families. The plant provides housing to 60 community centers of the districts of El Bosque, Lo Espejo and San Bernardo. |

| The FEDES House Construction program includes both classroom and workshop training that serves the purpose of providing training in construction skills. Additionally, students are encouraged to put training into practice in the community. For example, students undertake repairing or renovating homes of the poorer students or of other members of the community that may be in need. |
